Project Story
Katelyn and her husband contacted Straight Edge Flooring as soon as their tenant of 20+ years moved out of the upper unit of their duplex. The budget was tight since the duplex was going to need a lot of additional updates and TLC. We found them a great, in-stock LVP at a competitive price point. The samples arrived the next day, and their project was scheduled for the following week. Not only did we complete the job promptly, but we also stayed within budget!
Project Scope
We removed the carpet and then had to scrap the pad from the subflooring. Next, we removed the tack strip to create a smooth and level surface for LVP installation. Once the floor was prepped and leveled, we installed LVP throughout the upstairs unit. The kitchen, bathroom, bedrooms, living room, and dining room now have beautiful modern flooring!
