Project Story
This customer called us for new flooring throughout a large portion of their main floor (kitchen, entryway, sunroom) and carpet for their stairs. We were out to measure the very next day. We left him with sample options and he went through a selection process in-home with his wife. They wanted a very particular look with their new floor. We ordered the material the next day, they had their new floors installed in 3 weeks as soon as the LVT arrived! The carpet was installed within a week.
Project Scope
The old checkered flag tile was still in good shape. We removed all the original shoe molding for the customer, installed the floating luxury vinyl tile floor and replaced the shoe molding, giving them a clean and pristine finish throughout. The carpeting on the stairs was installed Chicago style (tucked ledges) for a rich and classic look.
